Syria, a war torn nation, is deeply immersed in an ongoing two-year civil war. Having faced oppression from the Syrian government for years, citizens finally stood up and protested. Forming the Free Syrian Army, demonstrations were carried out, pockmarking the countryside in an effort to display the condemnation of the government's actions. These protests were swiftly met with deadly retaliation, as regiment after regiment of Syrian soldiers, known as the Directorate, cut down civilians voicing their detestation. Each and every order issued came directly from Syrian President, Bashar al-Assad, a man born from a tyrannical lineage. Any uprising was greeted with an overwhelming brutality to immediately snuff out any dissension. As tensions grew higher, so too did the body count, as each side suffered losses.

With the effects of war taking its toll, the Free Syrian Army grows desperate. Knowing removing al-Assad from the equation would cripple the Syrian government, they decide to move forward with a bold but risky plan. A mole by the codename "Trailblazer" has successfully infiltrated the Directorate in an attempt to gain access to information that indicates where Hellfire, a thermobaric explosive, is being held. The FSA's aim is to detonate Hellfire in The Capitol and free their people from oppression once and for all. 
A double agent sympathetic to the FSA's cause has agreed to hand over an encrypted laptop containing classified information on the explosive, such as arming procedures, detonation codes, etc. To protect himself, he has kept his identity a secret, and as such, his treason comes at a price.

Directorate intelligence is receiving reports that a spy has made its way into their ranks and intends to attack The Capitol. They have dispatched a group to gather information on the spy, then intercept and interrogate him to reveal crucial information regarding the FSA. Their priority is to safeguard The Capitol, which houses all the top commanders and the Syrian president.

Meanwhile, mercenary group Blackwater has been operating in the area, and has also caught rumors of an impending coup d'état. Capitalizing on the situation, they conclude that either side would stand a better chance with the aid of experienced operators, and choose to offer their assistance to the highest bidder.

General Rules:
1) All players must wear ANZI rated eye protection. Players 14 and under must wear full face protection.
2) All players must have a signed waiver to play. Waivers will be available at the field or online at http://battlezonepb.com/waiver.htm.
3) Grenades are allowed. Any player within 10ft of a device upon detonation is rendered hit. Any players within a bunker/building when a device detonates is rendered hit.
4) All players must have a RED dead rag. For night play, all players must have a RED glow stick. Green glow sticks are reserved for game staff.
5) For night play, all guns are restricted to semi-auto only.

Chrono Rules:
1) All fully automatic rifles (both gas and electric) must chrono under 425 FPS with .20g BB's.
2) All Squad Support Weapons must chrono under 450 FPS with .20g BB's.
3) All semi automatic weapons (spring, gas, or electric) must chrono under 550 FPS with .20g BB's. You will need to demonstrate that these rifles are semi auto only.
4) Rifles that chrono over 425 FPS with .20g BB's will have a 100ft MED.
5) Any Chrono reading higher than the allowed limit will immediately disqualify the gun.
6) For engagements within 20ft, players must offer a surrender kill. Surrender kills within the 20ft minimum safety distance ARE NOT OPTIONAL. Rifles chronoing higher than 425 FPS may not engage within 100ft.

Medic/Hit Rules:
1) A hit to any part of the players renders the player "dead". This includes any gear. Gun hits do not count.
2) Once hit, the player will place their RED dead rag on their head and wait for a medic/respawn.
3) For each spawn, a player is allowed two (2) medics. Upon being hit the third time, the player is dead and must wait the mandatory three minute bleedout.
4) A hit/dead player does not talk. A hit/dead player does not use his radio, make signals to team mates.
5) Hit players may be "dragged" by a team mate to a safer location. To drag, the live player places one hand on the hit player. Together, the players may WALK, not run, to a different location.

something else i need to add about the game...5 things that alll players need to know:
1. This is not a points based game but rather based on money. There will be capturable respawns around the field that are worth money and will be checked periodically that will allow factions to earn money. As well as objectives to complete that will earn you money also. its at the faction co's discretion what to do with this money
2. Blackwater's only allegiance is to money.
3. This is not your typical airsoft game. CO’s and players are required to think outside of the box and be creative.
4. There are no assigned radio channels except for admin being on 1 and 2. Any means of communication is left up to each CO.
5. Each faction will have a weapons expert that must be present to sell, buy or use any weapons of mass destruction.
